Job Context
DLIC Securities Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Delta Life Insurance Company Limited and a fast-growing brokerage house in the country, is looking for new members for its Equity Research team. Job details are provided below.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute client's orders through DSE and CSE terminals.
- Execute clients orders under BSEC trading rules
- Collect buy/sale order and pay-in-slip from the clients, submit it to Line Manager and file the order & pay-in-slip properly.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with the customers.
- Communicate with the clients and inform day-to-day market updater scenario.
- Review the client's status and inform the management regarding the client's status.
- Introduce new clients in the company (Client Hunt).
- Analyze market trends and corporate balance sheets to extended better service to the clients.
- Offering high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
- TREC License holders with any major brokerage house.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 1-3 years of practical experience in capital markets especially as a trader.
- Experience requirements may be relaxed for candidates having a large portfolio size.
- Good knowledge of market dynamics and economic trend
- Proficiency in MS Office especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint & DSE-FlexTP
- Strong interpersonal skills.
